While our name touts German roots, we are a solid American company. Reid Leland founded LeanWerks in 2003 on the principles of lean manufacturing in both the product and the process of the company.
Our products, processes and people are all geared around our unique "art to part" method, allowing us to excecute tough projects which excel in time and quality critical situations. All of this leads us to our greatest goal, to be called "trustworthy". An accolade earned each and every day.
